RETURN POLICY

Effective September 2024

We are happy to return non-coffee items so long as they are in the original condition, unused/unworn, within 30 days for a replacement, store credit or refund to the original payment.

We do not accept coffee returns at this time. However, if there is a problem with your coffee, please email us at info@timewisecoffee.com so we can find out what’s happening and work to make it right.​
